Joseph Borges has practiced in the Trusts and Estates Department of Cullen and Dykman LLP since 1995. He is experienced in all facets of estate administration and has extensive litigation experience representing both individuals and banks in Surrogate’s Court and other state courts involving contested trust and estate and guardianship matters. He also is experienced in Appellate Court practice and has successfully briefed and argued appeals. In addition, he is knowledgeable in the area of guardianship proceedings representing clients in proceedings brought in both the Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court.

 

Mr. Borges also has extensive experience representing individuals and estates in real estate matters and also has considerable experience in the areas known as Elder Law, Medicaid planning and asset protection.
