Marna E. Bernstein has been associated with Cullen and Dykman LLP since 1999, and became a partner on January 1, 2006.  She focuses her practice representing banks and other financial institutions on commercial real estate finance transactions, including loans secured by multifamily and commercial properties, and on construction lending.  She also represents individuals and business entities in the purchase, sale and financing of all types of real estate properties.   Her scope of experience includes representing institutional lenders on commercial and residential loan restructures and foreclosures, and sales of bank-owned real estate.
