Kerry A. Galvin is the senior managing associate in the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights Department, representing both national and local banking institutions in recovering commercial debt.  She has facilitated the restructure and collection of millions of dollars through litigation, mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations. 

Ms. Galvin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where she was elected President of Hofstra’s Trial Team and chosen to represent Hofstra in the 2004 American Trial Lawyers Association National Trial Competition.  Ms. Galvin was also selected to participate in Hofstra’s clinical programs where she represented indigent clients in real estate transactions and housing law litigation and for which she was awarded the Hofstra University Graduate Award for Excellence in Clinical Courses.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Galvin worked for a political think-tank where she organized and planned political fundraising events and created strategies for enhancing development procedure.
