Ryan P. Kelly is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department with emphasis in small commercial lending, and he is also an acting prosecutor for the Village of Garden City.  Mr. Kelly has extensive residential real estate transactional experience representing financial institutions and purchasers. During law school, he worked in Cullen and Dykman’s Litigation Department researching for commercial litigation matters and he also worked for a small personal injury firm drafting motions and discovery documents.  In addition, Mr. Kelly has previous experience in the area of foreclosures.
