Nicholas P. Melillo is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department.  Mr. Melillo represents financial institutions and other clients in corporate, regulatory, leasing and other matters.  Mr. Melillo graduated magna cum laude from Touro College where he was a Faculty Fellow and the Managing Editor of the Touro Law Review.  As a law student, Mr. Melillo was a legal intern for the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
