Kristen Painter is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department.  Ms. Painter represents institutional banking clients in commercial lending matters, primarily mortgage loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate.  Ms. Painter also represents institutional banking clients in foreclosure and loan restructuring matters.  During law school, Ms. Painter served as the Managing Editor for the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Painter worked for an insurance brokerage firm specializing in construction insurance. While in law school, Ms. Painter interned for a law firm handling insurance defense litigation.
