Patricia E. Russo is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department. She represents institutional banking clients in commercial lending matters, primarily mortgage loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate in New York and various other states, as well as unsecured financing transactions. She also negotiates loan documentation for institutional banking clients, including the drafting of commitment letters, notes, mortgages and guaranties. In addition to transactional work, Ms. Russo provides clients with advice on bank regulatory matters, foreclosures, loan restructuring and bankruptcy. Her experience also includes the representation of purchasers, sellers and institutional lenders in all aspects of residential real estate matters.
