Experience
Erin Tregarthen represents banks and other financial institutions on commercial real estate finance transactions, including loans secured by multifamily and commercial properties, and other lending transactions. She also represents individuals and business entities in the purchase, sale and financing of real estate properties. Erin graduated from the Hofstra University School of Law where she was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
