Erik Wortmann has been an associate with Cullen and Dykman LLP since 1996.  Mr. Wortmann has extensive experience defending creditor's rights with respect to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He also represents financial institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  In addition, Mr. Wortmann has been an acting prosecutor for the Village of Garden City since 1998.
