Paul G. Wood has over 30 years experience in representing banks and other institutional lenders. He has expertise in negotiating and drafting agreements for the sale of residential, multi-family and commercial mortgage loans. He has represented mortgage banks and banking institutions in the origination and sale of loans in the secondary market, securitization transactions with government sponsored enterprises and the origination, participation and sale of federally insured multi-family construction and permanent mortgage loans. He has broad experience in state and federal consumer regulations as they apply to residential and commercial lending, including the drafting of loan documents, federal and state required disclosures and closing procedures. He has lectured on these topics to first time home buyers, attorneys and lending institutions.  He has represented buyers and sellers of commercial real property.  Mr. Wood has also represented banks in the purchase and sale of branches, branch operation issues and banking administration and regulation.
