Danielle M. Nunziato is an associate in the firm’s Banking department. Ms. Nunziato represents institutional banking clients in all areas of commercial litigation including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, while specializing in commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation and enforcement.

Past Experience

While in law school, Ms. Nunziato interned for the Honorable Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
