Diana R. Acosta


Diana Acosta is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department. Diana represents banks, financial institutions and other clients in commercial and residential real estate lending, regulatory compliance, and other matters.

Diana advises financial institutions on a wide range of issues, including cybersecurity, truth-in-lending, RESPA, truth-in-savings, financial privacy, transactions with affiliates, lending limits, electronic banking, and banking operations. She deals on a regular basis with state and federal regulatory agencies such as the New York State Department of Financial Services, the FDIC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Reserve Board, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the National Credit Union Administration.
