Je Jun Moon
Je Moon joined the Commercial Litigation group of the firm in 2015. Mr. Moon represents corporations, financial institutions, investment managers and individuals in complex commercial disputes before federal and state courts, alternative dispute resolution forums and in proceedings before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA. Mr. Moon has successfully represented clients in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, corporate governance matters, federal and state securities laws and employment disputes.
Mr. Moon also represents families of children with special education needs in connection with obtaining special education services and programs. Mr. Moon counsels clients and advocates on their behalf throughout the special education process, from initial evaluations to meetings with the Committee on Special Education to impartial hearings and mediations.
Mr. Moon is a former law clerk to the Honorable Richard Conway Casey, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moon practiced in the litigation departments of Seward & Kissel LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Garvey Schubert Barer.
