Terrence W. Regan
Terrence W. Regan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Energy departments. His practice involves advising and representing clients on matters related to energy and utility regulation and transactions. Mr. Regan also assists clients with general corporate matters.
While in law school, Mr. Regan interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division and worked as a Compliance Associate at an investment advisor firm. As a student, Mr. Regan served as a Senior Articles Editor on the St. John’s Law Review. His student Note, The Proper Borders of Padilla: Courts Must Avoid the Over-Expansion of Sixth Amendment Claims, 87 St. John’s L. Rev. (publication forthcoming 2014).
