Gregory R. Harvey
Gregory R. Harvey is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Energy Departments. His practice involves advising and representing clients on matters related to energy and utility regulation and transactions. Mr. Harvey also assists clients with general corporate matters, including the regulation of not-for-profit entities.
While in law school, Mr. Harvey was a staff member for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, as well as a competition team member for the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society. In addition, Mr. Harvey served as a legal intern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, and the New York City Fire Department.
Mr. Harvey also worked as a summer associate for Cullen and Dykman during law school.
Prior to law school, Mr. Harvey worked as public school teacher for four years. He taught overseas for one year and for three additional years as a special education teacher in New York City.
