Jane A. Grinch
Jane A. Grinch is a Partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice. Jane focuses her practice on assisting clients in the development estate planning strategies designed to both preserve wealth and fulfill client objectives. She has also represented clients in their individual as well as fiduciary capacities with respect to estate administration issues, including accounts, preparation and filing of death tax returns and post-mortem elections. She has extensive experience in probate litigation matters ranging from reformation proceedings, insolvency proceedings and actions to set aside wills and inter-vivos transfers based upon claims of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity. She has overseen litigation successful in the admission of an unsigned will to probate.
In addition, Jane regularly represents families with special needs and prepares special needs trusts and counsels families with respect to elder care developmental disability and mental capacity issues. She has been appointed by the Court to serve as counsel to alleged mentally incapacitated individuals.
