Paul N. Ambrose Jr. is a partner in the firm's Tax and Trusts and Estates departments in the Hackensack office. Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, taxation, trusts, estates, real estate, franchise law, Internal Revenue Service disputes, probate, and estate litigation, commercial transactions, and litigation.

Paul has extensive experience in all areas of franchise and distributorship litigation and dispute resolution, having represented numerous franchisors, franchisees, distributors, and distributorships. Whether negotiating a franchise agreement, litigating a distributor termination, or drawing up franchise business plans, Paul provides professional services to his clients.

Paul represents the firm’s clients in matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, the New Jersey Division of Taxation, and the Department of Labor. Paul works directly with clients in conjunction with accountants, former Internal Revenue Service Agents, and other specialists from the outset of the government’s inquiry to help clients avoid or minimize their tax exposure.

Paul also represents will proponents and contestants in probate and estate litigation, and he provides comprehensive estate planning services.
