Daniel S. Eichhorn is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. He focuses his practice on representing corporate and individual clients in commercial, estate, and tort litigation, working closely with his clients to resolve disputes favorably both in and out of court. Daniel also utilizes his experience as a litigator to advise corporate clients regarding business and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on conflict and dispute avoidance.
