Michael P. Feltman is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate department. His practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, development, and financing transactions, including 1031 transactions and single-tenanted net leases. Michael also represents clients in commercial transactions, franchise matters, employment contract matters, and landlord/tenant litigation, and he has extensive experience drafting and negotiating leases for shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, radio towers, and communications facilities sites. Michael has also represented lenders including banks and federal credit unions in connection with documenting commercial mortgage loan closings.
Michael also practices in the areas of estate administration and probate. He regularly represents clients in all aspects of trust and estate administration, as well as the submission of estate tax returns to the Internal Revenue Services and the New Jersey Division of Taxation.
