Daniel A. Greenhouse
Daniel received his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University (formerly SUNY Binghamton). Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, he served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety’s Environmental Enforcement Section from 2005-2016. Dan counseled and represented New Jersey DEP in a wide range of matters including environmental land use and permitting, solid and hazardous waste regulation, recycling, dam safety regulation, radiation and air and water pollution control. He has litigated numerous cases in State Superior Court and in the Office of Administrative Law.
While in law school, Dan served as an intern in New Jersey DEP’s Office of Brownfields Reuse, and as a legal intern at the US EPA Office of Regional Counsel in Philadelphia. He has been a member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court, the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Dan, his wife Randi and their three children reside in Skillman, N.J.
