Ms. Kallfa’s practice consists of commercial, construction and insurance coverage litigation and general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, toxic/environmental torts, property damage and the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes in State and Federal Court.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Ms. Kallfa engaged in vast areas of practice in both New Jersey and New York. Her practice included representation of building owners, construction companies and corporations, subcontractors, state and local governmental entities in lawsuits involving construction, construction defect, premises liability, labor law, property damage, insurance defense and coverage, first party litigation/arbitration, and workers compensation claims.
While in law school, Ms. Kallfa interned for the Honorable Melanos W. Toskos, J.S.C.in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Civil Division and was a student attorney at the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic.
