Cecilia Ehresman is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, with a focus on general commercial litigation and banking litigation. Ms. Ehresman has experience representing banking clients in actions involving contract disputes, land use and zoning matters as well as residential and commercial mortgage loans. Ms. Ehresman also represents corporate and institutional clients in matters involving discrimination and harassment claims. Her caseload includes matters involving residential foreclosure, Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law.
While in law school, Ms. Ehresman received the Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. Ms. Ehresman also worked as a law clerk for Cullen and Dykman during her third year of law school. During that time, Ms. Ehresman performed legal research on employment, education, labor, banking, and public utility issues.
