Benjamin Hochberg is an associate of the Construction Litigation Department of Cullen and Dykman LLP. The majority of Mr. Hochberg’s practice is devoted to construction litigation and the defense of catastrophic injuries. Mr. Hochberg has litigated complex commercial disputes on behalf of major commercial defendants in a broad range of cases, including aviation, insurance coverage, construction defect, and product liability cases. Mr. Hochberg’s construction defect cases often involve complex engineering and sequencing issues in multiunit condominiums and housing complexes.
Mr. Hochberg has a diverse background that includes representation of healthcare providers, independent/specialty pharmacies, and small businesses in the field of health care. He came to the firm after working for a large defense firm in New Jersey.
Between 2012 and 2013, Mr. Hochberg clerked for the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J. Ch. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. During law school, Mr. Hochberg was involved in moot court and was an editor for Rutgers Race & the Law Review.
