David A. Beatty
Mr. Beatty’s practice includes the representation of building owners, construction contractors, general contractors, corporations, and others in all aspects of construction litigation, as well as in matters of premises liability, Labor Law, general liability and toxic torts, whether in State or Federal Court. Mr. Beatty also relies on his unique background in appellate litigation, which emphasizes beginning with the end in mind, to advise clients on litigation strategy.

Before joining Cullen and Dykman, Mr. Beatty successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals including issues in the Labor Law, medical malpractice, long-term care, premises liability, general liability, and professional malpractice, among others. Mr. Beatty also developed deep experience advising attorneys and clients, such as building owners, construction companies, and physicians about effective litigation strategy.
