Andrew Curran is an associate in firm's Banking and Real Estate departments. Andrew advises banks, credit unions, and other lenders and clients on real estate financing transactions. In addition to due diligence reviews, Andrew negotiates and drafts loan documents and other agreements secured by multi-family, commercial and/or mixed use property.
Andrew also represents lenders in commercial and residential foreclosures and workouts, as well as a variety of individual and corporate clients and municipalities in commercial contract and employment disputes. Andrew’s litigation experience extends throughout New York State and to the American Arbitration Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked with two AM Law 25 firms’ litigation departments supporting all phases of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
