Carina M. Meleca


Carina Meleca is an associate in the firm’s Banking department. Carina’s practice currently consists of a broad range of real estate, financing, and complex transactional matters. She represents financial institutions, borrowers, and other institutional lenders in connection with a variety of secured and unsecured transactions, including acquisition facilities, corporate facilities, project financing, refinancing, restructurings, and other sophisticated real estate finance deals. Additionally, Carina’s experience in corporate practice includes working with privately-held businesses in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors and advising on an array of matters, including structuring and formation of various entity types, legal rights and responsibilities of directors, officers, shareholders, and members, and corporate buy-outs and consolidations.
