Carina M. Meleca


Carina Meleca is an associate in the firm’s Banking department.  Carina’s practice currently consists of a wide range of real estate, financing, and complex transactional matters.  She represents financial institutions, borrowers, and other institutional lenders in connection with a variety of secured and unsecured transactions, including commercial lending, project financing, asset-based lending, equipment leasing, acquisition financing, and other sophisticated real estate financing.  Additionally, Carina’s experience in corporate practice includes working with clients in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors and advising on an array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, and other general corporate representation.
