Andrew J. McNally


Andrew J. McNally joined the firm in 2018, and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, environmental, and utilities matters. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as Senior Deputy Chief Counsel to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, where he provided the Governor with legislative, regulatory, and legal advice on a full range of matters impacting the State of New Jersey, most notably in the areas of environmental and energy/utility law.

Andrew previously served as Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where he developed utilities regulations and advised the Board on state energy policy and utility oversight. Before joining government, Andrew was a litigator at a large international law and lobbying firm, where he represented a diverse range of clients in environmental, mass tort, insurance, and complex commercial litigation matters.
