Adam M. Marshall
Associate
Adam Marshall is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. Mr. Marshall regularly represents financial institutions in New York State courts in actions involving contract disputes and residential and commercial mortgage loans. He also serves as a Prosecutor for the Village of Garden City. While in law school, Mr. Marshall was a member of Hofstra’s Moot Court Association as well as Hofstra’s International Moot Arbitration Team, helping to represent the school in the prestigious Willem C. Vis Moot, an annual commercial arbitration competition held in Vienna and Hong Kong.
