Mr. Tong has experience representing real estate lending institutions in commercial and residential matters, including representation involving extensive due diligence reviews and drafting and negotiating loan documentation and terms for mortgage loans secured by multi-family and mixed use properties, office buildings and shopping malls in various states. Mr. Tong has also represented Buyers and Sellers in purchase and sale of properties and creation of organizational companies.
