Allyson D. Johnson Flash

Ms. Flash has more than 10 years of experience in Litigation.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Flash mediated and arbitrated the appeal claims of hundreds of class action members as part of an Alternative Dispute Process where the underlying action involved violations of Insurance Law and Securities Regulation.  She then joined a Downtown law firm where she handled insurance defense and No-Fault actions.  She also worked for a Long Island law firm where she continued to hone her litigation experience and became a Senior Associate.  She has additional experience in Appeals, Real Estate Closings, Coverage disputes, Uninsured and Underinsured claims, and Foreclosures.  In 2009, Ms. Flash joined Cullen and Dykman as an Associate.
