Ms. Hecht has been representing banks and other financial institutions in connection with commercial finance transactions since 1987. She has extensive experience in all aspects of routine and complex commercial lending transactions including commercial real estate and asset-based lending. In the course of her representation, she has provided counsel on construction transactions, bond transactions, and loans secured by personal property (including artwork) and other types of assets. Ms. Hecht also has experience in representing owners and developers of commercial real estate in connection with their acquisition, sale or financing transactions.
