Angela N. Cascione

Ms. Cascione has represented energy and utility clients in various commercial, environmental and regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the New York State Public Service Commission and other regulatory agencies. Ms. Cascione has participated in appeals of Federal and State agency certificate and rulemaking decisions. In addition, she assists clients in a variety of general corporate and utility company related matters, including siting of  energy facilities, acquisition of real property rights, prosecution of permit applications, negotiation of gas supply arrangements and development of traditional and alternate energy projects.
