Ms. Regan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department where she represents various clients in tax certiorari matters at both the administrative and judicial levels.  She also conducts legal research on tax certiorari procedures as well as general corporate matters.

Past Experience

Ms. Regan has extensive experience representing institutional banking clients in commercial lending transactions, typically secured by commercial and multi-family real estate.  She has counseled various institutional lenders on the real estate aspects of commercial and residential lending, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents as well as the review of contracts, title reports, Phase I environmental reports, appraisals, surveys and corporate formation documents.
