Bianca R. Zimmerman

Bianca Resmini Zimmerman is an associate in the firm’s Banking, Real Estate and Lending Departments.  Her practice focuses on commercial real estate finance and she regularly represents commercial and financial lending institutions in secured and unsecured transactions.  She has experience in transactions secured by commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, strip malls, multi-family apartment projects and mixed use properties.  Ms. Zimmerman drafts and negotiates documents for commercial transactions including notes, mortgages, guaranties, and environmental indemnities.
