Crystal Kay
Crystal Kay is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department. Ms. Kay represents institutional banking clients in commercial lending matters, primarily mortgage loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate in New York and various other states.
Past Experience
During law school, Ms. Kay served as a mediator at the Essex County Courthouse in Newark, New Jersey and an editor on the Rutgers-Newark Race and Law Review. Ms. Kay also advocated and provided direct legal services to indigent criminal defendants in the Rutgers-Newark Urban Legal Clinic and also served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Associate.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kay worked as a litigation paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkin, Wharton & Garrison specializing in the areas of securities litigation and regulatory defense.
