Daniel E. Cerritos is an associate in the firm’s General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department. He handles a wide variety of claims on behalf of clients including public authorities, utility companies, insurance carriers, and other public and private corporations. Daniel’s experience includes handling claims involving catastrophic injuries and death due to explosions, exposure to toxic chemicals and materials, electrical contact, automobile accidents, and industrial accidents. He has also handled numerous multi-million-dollar property damage claims.
