Dawn C. Wheeler

Dawn C. Wheeler is an associate in the firm’s litigation department and a 1994 graduate of the C.U.N.Y. School of Law, having returned to school after a career in retail management. Upon graduation she joined a plaintiffs' personal injury firm where she received considerable trial experience and handled all appellate matters as well as Surrogate matters. Ms. Wheeler then went on to serve as staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Company, as well as Royal and SunAlliance Insurance Companies, handling defense matters in the areas of auto, premise, construction site accident, as well as coverage matters. Ms. Wheeler has also served as an arbitrator in small claims night court in Civil Court Kings County.
