Diana Abrishamian

Associate

Diana Abrishamian is an associate in the firm's Banking department. Ms. Abrishamian represents institutional banking clients in all areas of commercial litigation, while specializing in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation and enforcement. Ms. Abrishamian also represents lenders in privately negotiated workouts, the sale of distressed properties and loan restructuring.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, Ms. Abrishamian gained valuable experience in commercial litigation, banking, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and trademark law.
