Diana Neyman
Ms. Neyman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. During law school, Ms. Neyman interned for Honorable Joanna Seybert of U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York and for the Legal Department of the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, where she specialized in labor and employment law as well as trusts and estates. Upon her graduation from law school, Ms. Neyman entered private practice specializing in tort litigation, handling defense of personal injury, property damage and construction site injury actions. Ms. Neyman has second-seated in complex personal injury and Labor Law actions. Ms. Neyman also handled appeals in the First and Second Departments.
Past Experience
From September, 2006 until February, 2008, Ms. Neyman held a position of a litigation associate with a tort litigation firm, where she also handled defense of personal injury actions pertinent to construction site accidents covered by the New York State Labor Law, §§ 200, 240 and 241(6).
