Diana is a partner in the firm’s General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department. Her practice focuses on all aspects of tort defense work, including premises cases, construction site accidents, and transportation. Over the years, she defended various public entities, private companies and individuals in tort litigation. 

Since joining the firm, Diana has represented numerous clients at arbitrations and mediations, conducted and defended countless depositions, drafted and argued numerous dispositive motions. She has also selected several juries, tried a case to a favorable settlement, and served as second chair in complex premises liability and Labor Law cases involving catastrophic injuries. Diana has also briefed and argued several appeals in the First and Second Judicial Departments of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
