Dona Rita C. Zino

Ms. Zino is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking department.   Ms. Zino has 19 ½ years experience as an attorney representing a variety of financial institutions in multi-faceted residential and commercial real estate transactions.   Ms. Zino has daily contact with bank officials and other parties for problem resolution while providing the highest level of service in anticipation of client and residential and commercial borrowers’ needs.   Ms. Zino’s  areas of expertise involve the documentation of residential and commercial loans which includes the review of residential and commercial lending documents, title reports, leases, contracts and entity documents in connection with the foregoing.   Ms. Zino is an account manager for several client relationships.
