Erik J. Wortmann is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. He has been with the firm since 1996 and is the account manager for several of the firm’s institutional clients.
Erik has extensive experience representing financial institutions, sellers and purchasers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He served as a Prosecutor for the Village of Garden City from 1998 through 2010 and has significant experience representing creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
