Mr. McLaughlin has had extensive experience in fidelity and surety litigation, Surrogate’s court litigation including contested probates and accountings, commercial paper payment systems litigation and general commercial litigation. His appellate work includes numerous briefs with oral arguments to the New York Court of Appeals, Appellate Divisions of the New York Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
