Grace Ann Keller is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department. Ms. Keller represents banks, financial lending institutions and other clients in commercial real estate lending, regulatory compliance, bank operations and other matters including U.S. Small Business Administration loan transactions.

Her practice also includes reviewing and negotiating all types of vendor agreements for financial institutions and other clients, including software license agreements and agreements for a variety of products and services. 

Ms. Keller also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leases and lenders in the sale of performing and nonperforming loans. 

In addition, Ms. Keller has represented clients of the firm in a variety of matters, including representation of institutional lenders in collections matters, foreclosure litigation and residential real estate.

While in law school, Ms. Keller worked for a firm specializing in medical malpractice, insurance defense and personal injury claims.
