As an associate in the Corporate department, Ms. Kelch assists the firm’s clients, including large and small businesses, utilities, banks, not-for-profit organizations and educational institutions, with a wide variety of legal matters, including corporate formation, dissolution, and governance; mergers and acquisitions; contract review and negotiation; contract and policy drafting; real property and special franchise tax matters; business immigration; trademark and copyright issues; and general legal compliance.  Ms. Kelch is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee.

Past Experience

As a law student, Ms. Kelch interned with the Hon. Arthur D. Spatt, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
