Ian T. Williamson
Mr. Williamson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation department. His practice focuses on the defense of cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, labor law and asbestos litigation. He also handles the litigation of matters involving the eviction of tenants for a self-storage facility.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williamson was an attorney for an insurance company where he represented the client at numerous no-fault arbitrations and Uninsured/Underinsured motorist arbitrations. He also defended the insurance company at several bench trials throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. Prior to that position, Mr. Williamson was an attorney for a bank on Long Island where he conducted residential purchase and refinance closings on behalf of the bank.
