Mr. O’Boyle has over 35 years experience in representing institutional lenders and banks. He has experience in negotiating and drafting commercial mortgage loans for office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-family properties. He has represented banks and other financial institutions in the sale of lender owned properties. He has lectured on these topics to attorneys and lending institutions. He has represented buyers and sellers of commercial real property. Mr. O’Boyle has also represented banks in the drafting of leases for bank branches.
