Jeffrey R. Greenblatt

Mr. Greenblatt is an associate in the firm’s Corporate department.  His practice includes representation of clients on a variety of matters involving energy and utility transactions and regulation.  This includes siting, ratemaking and other proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, New York State Public Service Commission, New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, and other federal and state agencies.  

Mr. Greenblatt also advises and assists clients on tax certiorari matters throughout various taxing jurisdictions in New York and New Jersey. 

Past Experience

As a law student, Mr. Greenblatt interned with the Hon. Joseph J. Maltese, Supreme Court, Richmond County.
