Jeffrey F. Herz is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on representing clients in a broad range of corporate and real estate transactional matters.
Jeffrey has extensive experience in various aspects of corporate law. This includes representing public and private entities in the acquisition and sale of businesses, as well as providing guidance and representation regarding all aspects of closely-held businesses. Jeffrey negotiates and drafts all documentation relating to asset transactions, stock transactions, and mergers. He represents a diverse array of clients in transactions involving debt and equity financing.
Jeffrey's broad background in real estate transactional matters includes the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate as well as the leasing of commercial office space, retail space, and shopping centers. He also represents educational institutions in bond financing transactions.
