Jennifer A. McLaughlin
Jennifer McLaughlin joined the Commercial Litigation group of the Firm after her graduation from St. John’s University School of Law in 1999. Ms. McLaughlin became a member of the firm in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Ms. McLaughlin handles a wide array of commercial matters in both state and federal courts. She regularly represents energy and pipeline entities, municipalities, financial and educational institutions in a wide array of commercial matters before state and federal courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. She also handles unfair competition, trademark and copyright infringement proceedings in judicial and administrative tribunals. Ms. McLaughlin is a contributor to Cullen and Dykman's New York Employment Law blog.
Ms. McLaughlin was selected in 2011 by the Long Island Business News to be featured in its publication entitled “Who’s Who in Women in Professional Services.” This annual listing recognizes Long Island’s top women business leaders in the banking, law, accounting, and healthcare industries.
